Position Overview: A critical member of the company’s Executive leadership team responsible for planning and executing the business objectives of the divisional operational unit. Responsible for division’s P&L. Maximize profits by establishing the business plan, achieving forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for all operations of the division, including sales, production, warranty, product design, land acquisition and development and all financial metrics. Ensures the division complies with all policies of the Company and enforce all standards set for performance. Recruits, hires, and manages division personnel and ensures the division’s organizational structure is appropriate to support current and future operations. Maintain professional affiliations and enhance professional growth and development to keep current in latest issues related to industry. Responsible for setting and driving the land acquisition strategy for the market and having a deep understanding of market dynamics, financial structures, site plans, development strategies, and sales strategies to achieve a high velocity, high margin sales pace to meet financial metrics. Identifies land that comports with the strategic plan and coordinates with Land leader to ensure the acquisition, zoning and development processes are on track.

Working Conditions: Work is generally performed in a typical office environment using standard office equipment. Work is typically sedentary in nature, but some walking and standing maybe required. Travel to field locations(neighborhoods, land opportunities) will be required.
