Centralized Scheduling Agent

Position Overview:

  • The Centralized Scheduling Agent assists with all scheduling activities of the Division.

Major Functional Responsibilities:

  • Construction Scheduling
  • Dynamic Builder
  • Communication – oral and written
  • Organizational skills
  • Reporting

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for daily adjustments of all schedules within the division as needed
  • Responsible for daily monitoring and reporting schedule adherence
  • Responsible for using data from reporting to identify and help resolve issues with cycle time and schedule adherence both internal and external (construction staff and trade partners)
  • Effectively collaborate with all departments (Construction, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting)
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting supply chain shortages
  • Identify and report negative scheduling trends
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned by supervisor

Desired Candidate Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • One (1) year of residential home construction experience
  • Strong computer skills and system knowledge
  • Supportive of all members of the team and exude a collaborative approach to ensure success
  • Maintain an adaptable and flexible attitude
  • Must be able to handle high volume situations
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and decision-making skills
